Steve Rundquist

Drums 1970-1973

Steve joined Podipto prior to the recording of their first album and played drums in the band until mid-1973. 

After growing up in Fargo, Steve attended Moorhead State University where he majored in Art. After leaving Podipto, Steve played with the Johnny Holm Band for 23 years. He enjoyed woodworking and was creative with his art. Steve also enjoyed spending time at the lake and on his pontoon, most of all loved the time with family, especially his grandchildren. 

Steve died in Moorhead, Minn., on Dec. 8, 2014, at the age of 65. Read Steve’s obituary.
